Yangzhou fried rice
large bowl of cooked rice
tbsp of corn kernels
tbsp cooked peas
tbsp sesame oil
Mix the peeled prawns with 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp potato starch, 1 tbsp
sunflower oil and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut the sausage and diced carrot,
chop chives. Beat eggs in a bowl and stir. Prepare the corn kernels and cooked
Pour 1 tbsp sunflower oil in the rice and mix well. Heat water in a pan, add
the carrot, corn kernels, cooked peas and sausage. Sauté for 1 minute then
remove and drain.
Heat the pan and pour 2 tbsp sunflower oil. In a moment, add shrimp. Sauté
shrimp until color change (white). Remove and reserve.
Rinse the pan and pour oil again, turn the pan to disperse the oil. Heat oil
until hot. Add the prepared eggs and cook. Chop the eggs.
Add rice, vegetables, sausage. Fried constantly over medium heat.
Add the fried shrimp. Fried a little.
Finally, add the chopped chives and 1tbsp sesame oil. Make uniformly jump and
enjoy this Yangzhou fried rice.
