The Switch game gives you virtual trainer supervised workouts, where you use your Joy-Con motion controllers to perform punches and dodge maneuvers, with the difficulty gradually increasing over time.
The game uses your weight and height to estimate your age and calorie expenditure, setting the routine, duration, and intensity of these workouts based on this, but these can be adjusted if you are not satisfied.
