A healthy Chinese food recipe to strengthen the brain

Chicken soup and Chinese yam

Ingredients

500 g of chicken

250 g Chinese yam

50 g of dry black fungus

150 g of bamboo shoot

Seasoning

4 strips of ginger

2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

60 minutes

Steps:

1. Cut the chicken into pieces and wash them. Peel, wash and cut the Chinese yam into pieces. Wash and cut the bamboo shoots into strips. Soak black mushrooms in water.

2. Add chicken and 4 ginger slices in a casserole. Cook over high heat. Once the water boils, remove the floating scum. Then add bamboo shoots and 2 tbsp of Shaoxing wine. Then cook over high heat.

3. Once the water boils again, add the black mushrooms and yams of China. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes, then wear the low heat and let braise for 30 minutes. Serve.
