Leem launches the Digital Health Academy

Digital technology is gradually disrupting all professions in the pharmaceutical industry. It is not only a question of a marketing revolution but of a real change in all the professions that is taking place: R&D, production, commercial functions, cross-functional functions.

To support this transformation, Leem is creating a Digital Health Academy (ADS). Inaugurated on April 14, the Digital Health Academy is positioned as a space for skills development and innovation dedicated to digital health players.

Digital is not a tool, it is now an integral part of all professions in the health industries, from research to services offered to patients, including production. The diffusion of digital technologies will profoundly change the way of working for our sector. The creation of this Academy meets the needs of companies and employees to be supported in this digital transformation », emphasizes Frédéric Collet, President of Leem.

Concretely, the Digital Health Academy is a physical and digital meeting space, designed by and for the health industries, with three scopes of action:

  • a training offer
  • thematic conferences
  • and an innovation hub

The objective is to develop skills and innovation in health by pooling the experiences, knowledge and resources of companies to produce new services adapted to the entire sector, whatever the level of maturity. or the size of the actors.

General and specialized training modules

The first training courses offered were developed with partners – Telecom Executive Education, Catholic University of Lille, EM Formations Produits de health, Digilian, IFIS – and defined as the common training base for all healthcare company employees, necessary to understand the major challenges of digital transformation. Eight acculturation modules are already available:

  • Digital health issues
  • Actor of change management
  • Digital technologies applicable to health
  • Cybersecurity best practices
  • Use of digital health tools
  • Regulatory framework for digital health
  • Agile methods and effective learning
  • Optimize its global and omnichannel communication strategy

Specialized modules will complete the program from May (market access to digital health, management of digital resources and skills, digital health and regulatory affairs, new organizational methods in the health industries, change management and transformation health industries, etc.).

To complete this training system, the Academy will also organize cycles of thematic “Meet-up” conferences to share good practices, decode news or a public system in the field of digital health.
