With this night tracker you can therefore monitoring sleep as a couple. One product for 2 users. Of course, you will have to keep your side of the bed.
The objective of this smart health smart health connected object is to help you understand your nights to improve the quality of your sleep. And avoid a bad wake-up call because of a ring that is ill-suited to your sleep phase. Basically, the Sleeptracker tells you how much time you spent sleeping in each of the sleep phases and the number of cycles performed.

Sleep cycles and phases
To understand what the Beautyrest Sleeptracker, you should know that our sleep is composed of several cycles between 3 and 5), of about 90 minutes which will thus follow one another during the night. Each cycle is divided into 4 different phases (or stages):

- deep slow sleep

However, it isn't with the Apple HomeKit Personal Assistant (but syncs with Apple Health) or Google health home.
